Our Services
We offer a full range of home improvement services to allow prospective foster families to pass home inspections, to upgrade living accommodations, and to open potential foster homes that otherwise might not be available. Additionally, we endeavor to help save foster homes that may otherwise be closed due to code violations or unaffordable repair costs.
**Services are for homeowners. Renters should contact your Landlord for repair assistance and upgrades.**

HOW THIS WORKS
Provide Us a Repair List
After your home inspection has been completed, the inspector will provide a detailed list of repairs and recommended upgrades to meet legal requirements for a safe home for foster care placements.
Contractor Quote
We will share the repair list with one of our contractors. We will contact you to schedule a time for our contractor to come to your home, consider the repairs and formally quote the work for us.
Family Financial Assessment
We will provide your family with a Family Financial Assessment to determine the amount your family is able to provide toward the repair costs without causing the family hardship. When a contribution amount is determined, the results along with the quote will move to the next step.
Board of Directors Approval
The completed assessment determination and contractor quote will be sent to The Carpenter's Call Board of Directors for review and a vote. Once the Board Members are satisfied with all the information they have been provided, they will vote as to proceed or not. If and when the application has been approved, it will move to the next step.
Job Scheduling
Once Board of Director approval has been received, we will work directly with our contractor to schedule the repairs.
Final Stages
Once the contractor conveys to us that the work is completed, they will submit an invoice reflecting the work done. We will deliver a copy of this invoice directly to your County contact so a reinspection can be scheduled.
